Were can I buy good notation software for creating orchestra pieces?

on October 30, 2009

I love to compose music, and recently have composed one with only first and second violin parts, the program I have wont let me compose viola, cello, or a base part(it is a demo). I want to buy a program that is easy to use. But the problem is that I need to find one that’s on sale, one that is at the very most 65$. It’s a tight budget, but if you could reccomend a program please tell me of it, thank you.

I use finale notepad. The most basic version is free, but they have upgrades for pretty good prices.

IMO, Sibelius is the best notation program and worth the extra cash you’ll have to spend on it – it is more expensive than $65 though.
